The Presidium coffee used in single origin has been grown and processed by Cooperativa Esquipulas RL Huehuetenango. The territory of Huehuetenango, in the north-west part of Guatemala, on the border with Mexico, an altitude ranging from 850 to 3700 meters and offers an extraordinary variety of ecosystems (from subtropical forest to the pine forests). Located at the foot of the Cuchumatanes, the highest non-volcanic mountains of Central America, Huehuetenango is one of the best areas of the country for the cultivation of coffee. There are different cru in the Huehuetenango area, everyone had the morphological characteristics and microclimate of the valleys in which are situated the communities involved in the project. The common features of this coffee are a full body and good acidity.
